Class Descriptions

Our Fitness Center features a Cardio Balcony, Strength area, Indoor Track, Fitness Studio, and Indoor Cycling Room.

The Cardio Balcony features Precor & True Treadmills,elliptical cross-trainers, Stair Climber, Precor & Matrix recumbent bikes, and upright bikes.

The Strength Area features Paramount incline/flat/decline adjustable benches, Paramount Functional Cable Crossover, Precor Olympic Bench and bench press bar, and a preacher curl station. Nautilus & Paramount weights, a Smith Machine, dumbbell weights up to 95 pounds, and back/abdominal benches.

The Chakra Studio is our fitness room with a suspension wood floor, mirrors, ballet bar and is equipped with an array of exercise tools including fit balls, hand weights, resistance bands, body bars, jump ropes, steps, yoga props and more.

The Indoor Cycling room features LeMond RevMaster stationary bikes.

Orientations:  Whether you are new to using exercise equipment or expanding your fitness knowledge, fitness orientations help you attain optimal workout benefit. Our trained fitness staff demonstrates proper and safe use of the fitness equipment and will recommend a workout program. Orientations are approximately 45 minutes long and are required for ages 12-15 before using the Fitness Center equipment. 

Members: Free for ages 12+ (ages 12-15 must have a guardian present to sign up)
Non Members: $5 youth (ages 12-15), $10 adult (16+)

*If you need to cancel your orientation, you must let the front desk know 4 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you fail to give adequate notice, you will be charged $25 regardless of membership status.

News & Happenings

The gym will be closed to the public Sat, February 17th from 12 -5pm.

The pool will be closed Friday, February 17th – Sunday, February 26th for maintenance.
