Total Body Blitz
This 60 minute heart-pumping class will include intense cardiovascular exercise, head to toe muscular endurance training, as well as some agility, balance, and flexibility training. The main focus of this class will be to work the entire body and get in a FUN, high intensity morning workout that the body will remember all day!
Balance & Beyond
Balance is the basis of all fitness; It is important in most all participants from athletes to older adults.This class will incorporate static and dynamic balance exercises with a goal of improving balance and muscular stabilization
Power Vinyasa
This vigorous, more fitness based class will focus on strength and flexibility. Breath is used in conjunction with postures to create a more dynamic flow. This class will challenge your body, and calm your mind.
Ski Conditioning Boot Camp
High intensity ski Conditioning focuses on enhancing ski and snowboard performance by building strength, endurance and flexibility.
Cardio Step
The class is designed to provide a great cardio workout including intervals between step combinations. The step combinations build upon themselves slowly, so any level can participate
Indoor Hockey Conditioning
Need to get in shape for the upcoming hockey season? The emphasis of this class will focus on strength, core work, speed and agility.
Indoor Cycling
A low-impact cardio option, this class is a quick 45-60min. Bring a towel & water. If it’s your first class, please arrive 10 minutes early
On the Ball
Improve agility, balance, strength & flexibility. Discover the many benefits of a strong core & a well-rounded exercise program. Take lunch On the Ball!
Hatha Yoga
This class is gentle yet powerful, focusing on alignment and breathing. It’s restorative and meditative, focusing on poses that stretch connective tissues and bring greater flexibility and fluidity to the joints.
Flexible Strength (Yoga/ Pilates)
This class will establish core strength while increasing flexibility, balance and coordination. Yoga and Pilates come together to provide a challenging and invigorating workout.
Energy Extreme
A very powerful class combining athletic aerobic movements, boxing, martial arts, ballet and dance all choreographed to powerful music within 32 and 64 count phrasing. This class enhances strength, stabilization, coordination, physical and mental well-being.
Fitness Pilates
Build a long lean physique, increase flexibility & agility, & develop core control. This class begins with an aerobic session 30mins; followed by mat work. It incorporates weights, bands & balls for overall toning.
Yoga
This class, combining both the Vinyasa Flow and Hatha styles of yoga allows you to discover the connection between mind, body and spirit through meditation, breathing and poses.
Power Tone
This class will use weights, tubes/bands and balls to tone all muscle groups. By adding movement to many of the exercises, benefits from aerobic activity will also be achieved. Come enjoy your total body workout and leave "feeling good" all over. All exercises are adaptable for all fitness levels.
Vinyasa Flow
Control and movement of lengthened muscles, stretching in dynamic state as well as static stretches, major muscle strengthening, and learning to flow poses from one to another in conjunction with breath will be the focus of the practice.
Fun and Fitness
Youth Fitness Class for ages 8-14. This class will help strengthen core, expand flexibility and increase endurance. Begin or continue a lifetime of fitness in a fun way!
Ricardo’s Latin Dance
Ricardo will teach styles of dance such as Salsa, Bachata, Reggaeton, and Merengue. This is an energetic environment! All experience levels are welcome!
Floor, Core, and More
A total body cardio and resistance conditioning class with special focus on abdominal training. Exercises utilizing a Fit-Ball, dumbbells, body bar, and resistance bands/tubing provide a great way to enhance balance, stability, and core strength. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
Pump It Up
An all inclusive group strength training class designed to improve muscle tone, definition, and strength by using free weights, tubes, bands, and a step platform. All fitness levels welcome.
Kickboxing
An addictive workout that combines boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, and simple dance moves. Cardio Kick is an class that allows participants of any fitness level to participate and custom tailor their work-out.
Intro to Group Fitness
Just starting out on a fitness program? This class is for you! Instruction in aerobic movements, weights, and resistance equipment all at a beginner level. The class will move slowly and easily so everyone will understand how to progress to a stronger, fit level.. Have fun getting fit!!!
Boot Camp
Boot camp workouts are a quick, efficient, and fun way to burn lots of calories, continue that burn throughout the day, and work your whole body in a short time. You’ll be conditioning your heart, lungs, bones, and every muscle in your body. This workout can be modified for all fitness levels.
Yoga Fusion
Spend your lunch hour re-centering yourself through a combination of Yoga and Pilates. Enjoy the core focus as well as the mind-body-sprit connection.
Zumba®
Ditch the workout, Join the party!! Come have an absolute blast in an exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!
Athletic Conditioning
A conditioning class incorporating weight training, various plyometric, agility and speed drills. The focus is to enhance strength, power and coordination needed in sporting activities. All levels encouraged to participate.
Spin Pump
Total body low impact workout incorporating the use of indoor cycling & weights. Come experience a fun way to challenge yourself physically and mentally. Great cardio workout with core, and upper body strengthening. Fun, high energy, motivating music!
