General Fitness Rules
  • Appropriate athletic attire is required.
  • Please be courteous to other guests and their space: when others are waiting, rotate turns on weight equipment and limit your time to 30 minutes on cardio machines by utilizing the sign in book.
  • Wipe down equipment after each use.
  • Always re-rack weights and return equipment to its proper place after each use.
  • Please do not slam weight stacks or drop weights on floor.
  • Food, gum, or drink is not permitted except for water in an enclosed container.
  • Please limit cell phone use to the lobby areas.

Age Requirements

  • Ages 12-15 must complete a fitness orientation before using cardiovascular and weight stacked equipment.
  • You must be 16 and older to use the free weights.

Fitness Orientations
 

Whether you are new to using exercise equipment or expanding your fitness knowledge, fitness orientations help you attain optimal workout benefit. Our trained fitness staff demonstrates proper and safe use of the fitness equipment and will recommend a workout program.

Orientations are approximately 45 minutes long and are required for ages 12-15 before using the Fitness Center equipment.

Ages: 12 year olds & up
(if you are under 15 years of age you must have an adult to sign up)
Fee: Free (first one) for memebers
$5.00 (for 12 - 15 year olds)
$10.00 (16 year olds & up)
   
 

If you need to cancel your orientation, you must let the front desk know 4 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you fail to give adequate notice, you will be charged $25 regardless of membership status.
