Boot Camp

Boot camp workouts are a quick, efficient and fun way to burn lots of calories and work your whole body in a short time. You’ll be conditioning your heart, lungs, bones and every muscle in your body. Get it done in the morning and be ready to tackle the day with a spring in your step. Don’t let the words "boot camp" intimidate you. The workouts can be modified for all fitness levels. It’s your workout and you’ll love it!

Aqua Aerobics

Looking for a workout that is easy on the joints, but still works your heart and major muscle groups? Aqua Aerobics is all that, plus a fun and comfortable way to keep moving no matter what your age or physical condition. It can help you improve strength, flexibility and balance without the stress of high impact aerobics. We have secure floatation devices, eliminating the need to know how to swim. It’s a great way to maintain a strong activity level, even while rehabbing, pregnant or struggling with chronic injuries. By adjusting the size and speed of your movements, you can adjust the level of exertion to suit your needs. It allows a person to exercise every muscle and joint in the body all at the same time.

Yampah Yahoos is a senior fitness class focusing on cardio, strengthening and toning, flexibility, range-of-motion, balance and reaction time. This program is in partnership with Valley View Hospital's Healthy Connections.

This class will guide the participants in the proper use and set-up of weight training machines and equipment. Participants will have a tailor made strength training program to fit his/her needs.

Participants in this class will increase their strength and flexibility by incorporating range-of-motion, balance and coordination exercises. This class also aims to improve reaction time and mental awareness for a greater sense of independence.

This is a very powerful and high calorie burning class combining athletic aerobic movements, based boxing and martial arts, ballet and dance all choreographed to powerful music within 32 and 64 count phrasing.
