Steve Reynolds

A lifetime of Fitness best describes Steve. Starting at 7 when, tired of being bullied by bigger kids; asked Santa for a weight set which created a pathway into sports. He played a variety of sports through school; culminating with being on the Varsity Football and Track teams at the NCAA II Level with a top performance putting him as the 26th fastest 400 Hurdler in the NCAA II.  After college; he found fitness as a way to manage stress as he worked as a Corporate Executive for large corporations.  In 1991 he moved to Glenwood Springs to buy THE GYM at the Hotel Colorado which he sold in 2013.  His passion for Fitness has spread to overall Wellness as he is also a massage therapist and now helps clients achieve their specific goals. Whether achieving a healthy body weight, training for specific sports, rehabilitating from injury or illness, slowing the aging process or simply establishing a healthy (low-stress) lifestyle; Steve pulls from his professional experience of over 40,000 hours of Personal Training and 8,000 hours of Aerobics Classes and helps their goals become their reality. Steve is certified by ACE (American Council on Exercise) as both a Personal Trainer and as a Health & Wellness Coach.

Heidi Vosbeck

I believe developing and maintaining fitness through a variety of activities is important for overall body wellness. Being active and fit should become part of a daily lifestyle. I would like to help keep the child inside of you alive and well, by rediscovering an active lifestyle or by developing your fitness to a higher level so you can accomplish your goals. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics and Leisure Studies from the George Washington University. I received my Personal Training Certification through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. Before earning my personal training certificate, I coached and trained a variety of sports teams including soccer for 10 plus years. This experience with soccer involved nine years at the high school varsity level as well as numerous youth teams.
