Tennis Court Guidlines

•Courts are available on a first come, first serve basis for drop-in play during non-programmed, non-reserved hours
•Reservations can be made up to three days in advance, but no less than an hour in advance.
•Members cannot make reservations for non-members
•Individuals with reservations have priority, but must be on the court
•Failure to show up 10 minutes after scheduled reservation time begins will result in forfeiture of reservation and will not be reimbirsed
•No food, wheeled devices, or pets on courts
•Tennis courts close at 10:00pm and are open at dawn
•Courts may NOT be use for instructional purposes othe than that of the City of Glenwood Springs Parks & Recreation Department programs
•Maximum of 4 players per court
•Only players allowed on courts. (No children use less playing)
•Proper tennis/athletic clothes required
•One court reservation per person per day
•Reservation cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or must be very inclement weather for refund
