Powers and Duties: (1) To provide technical assistance, advice, and planning support to the Superintendent and the City Council regarding tree planting and maintenance needs in the City; and (2) To make recommendations to the Superintendent and the City Council regarding the administration and implementation of regulations regarding City Trees.
