Park Shelter Rentals

Shelters are rented in four (4)-hour time increments. Shelter reservations can only be taken during current year starting each January.  Reservations for groups of 100 or more people may be made up to 12 months in advance.  Shelter permits guarantee exclusive use of the respective shelter, but not the entire park.  For groups exceeding 75 participants, a special event permit is needed.
 

Park rental fees:

General park shelter rental for 75 people or less
$35.00 Resident per 4 hours             
$45.00 Non-Resident per 4 hours

Minor event for 76 - 150 people 
Requires $500 deposit and $25 application fee

$75.00 Resident per day            
$90.00 Non-Resident per day

Minor event for 151 - 250 people
Requires $500 deposit and $25 application fee
$163.00 Resident per day
$196.00 Non-Resident per day

Major event for 251 - 500 people
Requires $750 deposit and $35 application fee

$275.00 Resident per day
$330.00 Non-Resident per day

Major event for 501 - 1000 people
Requires $1000 deposit and $35 application fee

$450.00 Resident per day
$540.00 Non-Resident per day

Major event for 1001 - 1500 people
Requires $1250 deposit and $35 application fee

$525.00 Resident per day
$630.00 Non-Resident per day

The Community Center will be having periodic closures over the next few months in order to complete some much needed maintenance projects. Here is what to expect coming up…

During the month of October, parts of our Aquatic Center will be intermittently under construction. Once finished, guests can expect a smooth floor in the Activity pool and a clean and slip-resistant deck all around.
