Fitness Classes

Hatha Yoga

Influenced by a variety of Hatha yoga styles (Yin Yoga, Kripalu & Anahata), this class is gentle yet powerful. It is restorative, therapeutic and meditative; focusing on poses that stretch the connective tissue and bring greater flexibility and fluidity to the joints

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

An invigorating flow of asanas (yoga postures), linked by the breath to stretch, strenthen, and detoxify the body.  A great class for all levels.  Bring an open mind!

Prenatal Yoga

This class is specific to the pregnant body during all trimesters and explores breath-work, gentle stretches and mindful postures.  Prenatal yoga helps increase your concentration and awareness, gain strength, flexibility and balance, feel connected to your growing body and baby, and incorporate meditative, calming techniques to ease labor and delivery discomfort.



Indoor Cycling

This class is an excellent non-impact, good-for-your-joints cardio option.  The intensity of this workout can be modified by the participant to suit any fitness level.  Whether you are beginning or advanced, indoor cycling is for you!  You will have fun riding to a great mix of music while learning about your heart rate.  Come ready to ride a few minutes early with water bottle and towel.

Classes are held in the Cycling room which has nine LeMond RevMasters.  Heart rate monitors are also available for purchase.  Please sign-up 24 hours in advance to insure your spot.  Call or stop by the front desk.  384-6301.  




Fitness Pilates

Build a long lean physique, increase flexibility & agility, and increase core control.  This class begins with an aerobic session (30mins) followed by mat work.  It incorporates wieghts, bands, & balls for overall toning.

Power Pilates

Closely related to Fitness Pilates.  This class focuses on core agility, beginner to intermediate dance moves, and a session of mat work incorporating Pilates.  Weights and bands are used on occasion.



 

On The Ball    

Improve your agility, balance, strength and flexibility. Discover the many benefits of a strong core foundation and a well-rounded exercise program. Take a lunch break on the ball!

  
Floor, Core, and More 

A total body cardio and resistance conditioning class with special focus on abdominal training. Exercises utilizing a Fit-Ball, dumbbells, body bar, and resistance bands/tubing provide a great way to enhance balance stability, and core strength. 


Pump It Up

An all inclusive group strength training class designed to improve muscle tone, definition, and strength by using free weights, tubes, bands, and a step platform. 

Cardio Kick

An addictive workout that combines bozing, kickbozing, and sports drills, and simple dance moves.  Cardio kick allows participants of any fitness levels to participate and custom tailor their workout.
