- Courts are available on a first come, first serve basis for drip-in play during non-programmed, non-reserved hours
- Reservations can be made up to three days in advance, but no less than an hour in advance.
- Members cannot make reservations for non-members
- Individuals with reservations have priority, but must be on the court
- Failure to show up 10 minutes after scheduled reservation time begins will result in forfeiture of reservation and will not be reimbirsed
- No food, wheeled devices, or pets on courts
- Tennis courts close at 10:00pm and are open at dawn
- Courts may NOT be use for instructional purposes othe than that of the City of Glenwood Springs Parks & Recreation Department programs
- Maximum of 4 players per court
- Only players allowed on courts. (No children use less playing)
- Proper tennis/athletic clothes required
- One court reservation per person per day
- Reservation cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or must be very inclement weather for refund
