General Fitness Rules

  • Appropriate athletic attire is required.
  • Please be courteous to other guests and their space. When others are waiting, rotate turns on weight equipment and limit your time to 30 minutes on cardio machines.
  • Wipe down equipment after each use.
  • Always re-rack weights and return equipment to its proper place after each use.
  • Please do not slam weight stacks or drop weights on floor.
  • Food, gum, or drink is not permitted except for water in a closed container.
  • Please limit cell phone use to the lobby areas.
  • Must be at least 14 years old to be on and use cardiovascular machines, weight stacked equipment, and track in the cardio balcony.
  • Fifteen minute equipment orientations are available by appointment, call 970-384-6314 to schedule.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the free weights.
