Guidelines

General Fitness Rules

  • Appropriate athletic attire is required
  • Please  be courteous to other guests and their space: when others are waiting,  rotate turns on weight equipment and limit your time to 30 minutes on  cardio machines
  • Wipe down equipment after each use
  • Always re-rack weights and return equipment to its proper place after each use
  • Please do not slam weight stacks or drop weights on floor
  • Food, gum, or drink is not permitted except for water in an enclosed container
  • Please limit cell phone use to the lobby areas
  • Ages 12 to 15 must complete a fitness orientation before using cardiovascular and weight stacked equipment
  • You must be 16 and older to use the free weights
