Guidelines

Outdoor Court Guidelines

  • Courts are available on a first come, first serve basis for drop-in play during non-programmed and non-reserved hours.  Limit all play to 90 minutes.
  • Reservations can be made online up to 2 days in advance, but no less than 1 hour in advance.  Bring your confirmation receipt to the courts.
  • Individuals with reserved courts have priority and that individual must be on the court.
  • Failure to show up 10 minutes after scheduled reservation time begins will result in forfeiture of reservation and will not be reimbursed.
  • Courts may not be used for instructional purposes other than the city of Glenwood Springs Parks and Recreation Programs.
  • All players must leave the court promptly when their reservation time expires if others are waiting.
  • Be courteous to other players waiting.  Racquet racks can be used to signal players using courts that you are waiting to play.
  • Reservations will be rescheduled for weather, no refunds.
  • Individuals may reserve one 90 minute court/reservation per day.
  • Courts are for tennis and pickleball only.
