Adaptive Climbing Class

All ages and levels of climbers with disabilities are welcome! Climbing Increases mobility, strength, and flexibility. This class will help you make social connections, increase communication skills, create independence, and improve brain health.

Location: Community Center - Climbing Wall
Dates: Wednesdays, January 17, 2024 to April 24, 2024 (no class on February 7, 2024 and March 27, 2024)
Time: 2:15 PM - 5:15 PM, 45-minute sessions
Fee: $10 per participant, per class
Ages: All Ages
