The Colorado Department of Transportation in partnership with the City of Glenwood Springs announces the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Grand Avenue Bridge Project scheduled for 10 a.m. on Friday, June 22. Governor John Hickenlooper is expected to speak at the ceremony.
