A Topek is an outdoor dining and gathering cube. The City of Glenwood Springs purchased these Topeks during the COVID-19 pandemic with the help of a generous grant from the Colorado Department of Transportation. According to Black Hound Design, the designers of the structure, the name Topek came from the design and intend being inspired by the Inuit Topek house.

A Call for Art is an announcement that the City of Glenwood Springs is asking for submissions for a specific artwork.
The City of Glenwood Springs is accepting submissions for site specific artwork to be painted on the exterior of the city's Topeks (outdoor dining and gathering cubes). Submissions for the Better Together Mural Project will be accepted through May 5 at 11;49pm. An optional pre-bid meeting will take place on April 18 at 4pm.
