Yes, all users are required to have a reservation. Same day reservations are dependent on availability.
Individuals with current memberships may reserve up to two time slots per day for free. Non-members will be charged $5 per slot plus a processing fee at the time of registration and may make up to two reservations per day. Unattended reservations will incur a $5 no-show fee.
Reservations for the Fitness Areas, Gymnasium, Climbing Wall, and Drop-In Hockey are 90 minutes. Lap Swimming reservations are 45 minutes. Activity pool reservations are 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Guests may only enter the area for which they have a reservation. At no time are guests allowed to wander around the facility.
Yes, reservations are limited to individuals 14 years of age or older for fitness areas and 12 years of age or older for aquatics reservations.
Reservations may be made up to one week in advance.
To make a reservation you must have an online account with us. If you know your log in information, please log in here. If you do not know your log in information, please call us at 970-384-6301 and we will provide it for you. After you have successfully logged into the site, click on "Reservations" to see all areas and times available.
If you cannot make it to your reservation please call 970-384-6301 or go online to cancel your reservation. All "no shows" will be charged a $5 fee.
To complete a cancellation online follow these steps:
Upon arrival, check in at Guest Services by either swiping your membership card or providing your name to the Guest Services Representative. Please arrive early for your allotted time slot and maintain social distancing protocols at all times. Masks are required. No one will be allowed entry without a reservation and a mask.
Masks are required for all guests and staff at all times except while actively swimming; however, a mask is required while using the locker rooms and while on deck.
All guests must maintain a minimum of six feet distance from other guests. Markers will indicate where guests should stand while waiting to enter. Guidelines are displayed on doors of Community Center and inside on boards to help guide guests.
Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes will be available for use throughout the facility and bathrooms for public use as well as ample soap for hand washing. All guests are expected to wipe down their equipment before and after each use. In between each workout session, fitness areas will be closed for 30 minutes so that staff can thoroughly clean and sanitize each area.
No, the hot tub will remain closed at this time.
Locker rooms are available; however, use should be limited. A mask must be worn at all times with the exception of showering. Lockers are available for day use.
Yes! Reservations are available for the gym for basketball and pickleball. Pick up basketball games are not allowed at this time but participants can shoot hoops provided they are wearing a mask and maintaining social distancing. You must bring your own equipment including basketballs, pickleballs, paddles, and pickleball nets.
No, at this time KidKare will remain closed.
All current memberships were reactivated on August 24th. All payments for AutoPay Memberships were unsuspended on August 24th. Annual and six month pay in full memberships were extended during the closure.
Monthly Pass Holders: If you had a monthly pass prior to our closure on March 13th, we will reactivate your pass upon your request and credit your first month for the number of days you paid for in March and were not able to visit.
Punch passes will not be available for use during this time; however, they can be credited towards a membership.
Yes, the Climbing Wall is available for persons who are belay certified and have their own equipment for reservation. No equipment will be available for use; climbers must bring their own equipment. Climbers must disinfect the wall after use. Belay certification can be obtained by calling Andrew Coe at (970) 384-6318 to schedule an appointment.
The pool will provide kickboards, pool noodles, and water weights upon request for lap swimmers. We strongly recommend users bring their own equipment.
Yes, anyone with a Fitness Equipment reservation may use the indoor track.
